Blumo Support Overview

The Blumo platform is a SMS-query application that allows you to interact with our services by just by sending a quick text message.

How It Works

There are various keywords that you can submit to the shortcode "25866" (BLUMO). Here's a example of a typical interaction:

• Text the keyword 'BLUMO' to 25866 from your mobile phone.
• The following text message is then sent back to your phone: "Blumo Query Svc: Reply with your EMAIL address for a Blumo company overview or visit http://blumo.com. Msg&Data Rates May Apply. T&C: http://support.blumo.com"
• Text your email address to 25866 from your mobile phone within 15 minutes of your original text message.
• A PDF containing a company information overview PDF is sent to your email address.
• A final text message is sent to your phone: "Blumo Query Svc: Thx 4 your interest in Blumo. An overview has been sent to your email addr. Msg&Data Rates May Apply. Reply STOP to opt-out. Reply HELP 4 info."
• To quit at anytime text 'STOP' to 25866.
